Meditative Energetic Practice of Expansion — Integration with the Body of God

A meditative practice for moving from contracted ordinary perception into a stable, expanded state — through gathering, filling, densifying, and only then expanding.

"First feel. Then stabilize. Then fill. Then densify. And only after that allow it to expand further."

My many years of experience have led me to a very important understanding: a person almost always lives too narrowly. They live inside the body, inside thoughts, inside emotions, inside habitual reactions and anxieties. It begins to seem to them that this is all of life. But this is not all of life. This is only one level of perception — the densest and most limited one.

For a long time I observed how people pray, meditate, turn to God, seek silence, light, and connection with something greater. Almost always the same thing happens: for a time a person connects with that state, and then comes out of it again and returns to ordinary life — to contraction, density, bustle, and automatism.

That was not enough for me. It was important for me to understand: is it possible not just to enter this state from time to time, but to truly switch into it and live in it in ordinary life — in work, in movement, in communication, in silence, and under load?

I began to explore this in practice and gradually came to a state in which expanded perception stops being a brief experience and becomes a constant background of life. It took me about two months to reach this. And I have been in this state for more than fifteen years already.

Now it is no longer interesting to me to live only in the sensations of the body. Because when you begin to feel not only the body, but also all the space that surrounds you, it is a completely different level of perception: a different level of silence, depth, presence, connection, and life.

This practice is devoted precisely to that.

    What this practice is

This is not just relaxation. Not just watching the breath. Not just visualization. This is a conscious practice of working with attention, with space, with the sensation of the body, with the etheric body, with the energetic body, also called the human life body, and also with the sense of connection to a greater spiritual space, which I call the Body of God.

To put it very simply, a person usually lives as if inside a small dense box. This box is their body, their thoughts, their emotions, their fears, their memory, and their habitual reactions. The practice helps first feel this box from the inside, then make it more even, remove excess tension, feel its boundaries, fill it with life force, densify it, and then begin to expand it further.

Not abruptly. Not with a jerk. Not through force. But gradually: first feel it, then stabilize it, then fill it, then densify it — and only after that allow it to expand further. This is one of the main strengths of this practice.

The main goal of this practice is to learn to remain in an expanded state in real time. Not only during prayer or meditation, but in ordinary life. Almost everyone knows how to enter a higher state only temporarily. But then they fall back into their old way of living. Here the task is different: not just to enter, but to remain; not just to feel, but to stabilize; not just to touch it, but to make it your new natural state.

Before this meditative practice, it is advisable to do the HAEL breathing practice. This helps release part of the tension, come into harmony with the forces of nature, calm the nervous system, reduce inner fuss, and make attention more collected. In such a state, it becomes much easier to connect with spiritual space and enter subtler work.

    Important preparation before beginning

Before beginning the practice, it is very important to understand with what intention a person is doing it, for what purposes, and how they will apply the skills they receive in life. Here a person enters into contact not simply with imagination and not simply with the psyche. They enter into contact with force. And force requires responsibility.

By the Body of God, I mean not only everything subtle, nonphysical, and invisible, but also the physical world itself, because the physical is not something separate from the spiritual, but its denser form of manifestation. We are simply not going deeply into this topic in this particular practice, because we will speak about it in other practices. Right now we are focused primarily on subtler levels — on what is not perceived as coarse physical matter, but is directly connected with it. We are speaking of the etheric body, the energetic body, also called the human life body. This can be understood as a subtler projection of the physical body. That is why work at this level can also be reflected in the physical state. Some specialists, without directly touching the physical body, working only with its energetic projection, are able to help correct, synchronize, and harmonize processes in the physical body. The physical body truly responds to such influences, and there are many energetic practices that really help normalize physical condition. But this practice is given first of all as a practice of self-regulation — so that a person can begin learning to restore, align, and harmonize their own state. This is the initial stage, the first step. Deeper and more advanced practices will be presented later in our library. God is everything. He is everywhere. He is One. And if He is truly One, then that means we exist in one space, in one field, in one Body of God — like cells inside one great living body.

This force must not be used out of selfish interest, for destruction, or for violating spiritual laws. It is given for restoration, for the return of lost potential, for helping oneself, other people, the planet, and all living things.

Before beginning the practice, greet this space, show your open and benevolent intention, and ask for permission to enter into contact. Sometimes already at this stage a person may feel a change in the rhythm of breathing, heartbeat, a light tingling, an inner response, or a quiet wave of presence.

    The practice itself

    1. Comfortable position and calming

Sit or lie down comfortably. This practice can be done sitting or lying on your back. Many people find it convenient to do it before sleep. I also recommend doing it immediately after waking up — at least in a short form.

If you have done the breathing practice beforehand, the body will already be calmer, and anxious thoughts will be less intrusive. If you have not, then first simply calm down a little, connect with the feeling of nature, remove excess anxiety, and understand one simple thing: very often stress is not the situation itself, but how a person is living through it inside themselves.

    2. Directing attention inward

When you have taken a comfortable position and become a little calmer, imagine that your attention is directed inside the body. Focus your attention not on thoughts, but on attention itself. As if you stop looking outward and begin looking inward.

Let the breath remain natural and calm. There is no need to force the process. The main thing here is to enter it gently.

    3. The space between the eyes

Begin with the sensation of the space between the eyes. You are lying or sitting with your eyes closed, you feel the right eye and the left eye, and then you feel the space that is between them.

If you do not yet feel it physically, simply imagine it. That is enough. Imagine that this space is like a small inner sphere. Do not hurry to go further. First feel this zone, stabilize your attention on it, fill it.

You may fill this sphere with an ascending current, a descending current, or with both currents at once — whichever is easier for you. You can feel an ascending current from below, like the force of the Earth, and a descending current from above, like a current of light or spiritual space.

When this zone becomes filled and seems to want to expand on its own, do not interfere with it. Let it expand on its own, and you only gently direct with your attention where exactly it should continue to open.

    4. The inner space of the head

After you have felt the space between the eyes and allowed it to fill, move to the sensation of the inner space of the head. Again: there is no need to hurry. Imagine it, feel it, stabilize it, fill it — and only then allow the state to expand further.

If you do not feel anything, simply imagine it. For the beginning, that is enough. The main thing is not to jump mechanically to the next stage, but to give the body and the attention a real chance to master the current zone.

    5. The inner space of the torso, arms, and legs

Next, try to feel the inner space of the torso, arms, and legs. You can do it separately, and then as a whole. First feel the chest, abdomen, and pelvis. Then the arms. Then the legs. Then defocus your attention and feel the entire inner space of the body as one whole.

If there is tightness, density, pain, heaviness, emotional knots, or old reactions in some places, simply see this. If you see it, apply gentle inner work: on the exhale, breathe out everything that does not belong to you and that you do not need, everything that brings pain, tension, and negative emotions.

On the inhale, you may breathe in the space that surrounds you. This is the Body of God, of which our body is also made; it is the same, only subtler and less concentrated. On the exhale, you relax the tension and release it from the body. On the inhale, you breathe in the quality that corresponds to the spiritual world and fill all the empty places from which tension has just come out.

    6. Uniformity of the inner space

Stay in this state for some time. Analyze, feel, and find all the tension that exists inside your body. It may be located in different parts of the body. Dissolve it with attention and breathe it out.

It is necessary to arrive at a sensation in which the body becomes uniform: without dense areas, without gaps, even, calm, and one-toned. If someone perceives bodily space in color, it should be even and uniform, without dark dense clots.

    7. The boundaries of the physical body

After you have achieved greater inner uniformity, concentrate your attention on the outer boundaries of the physical body. Fully defocus your attention across the entire outer perimeter of the torso and body. As soon as you feel that you have distributed your attention across the whole surface of the skin and feel the boundaries of the body as a whole, stabilize this state.

If in some places you feel breaks in the structure, lack of wholeness, or boundaries that are thinner or weaker compared to other parts of the body, try by an act of will to even them out so that the overall contour becomes uniform, without breaks and without distortions.

    8. The etheric, energetic, also called the life body

This is not just a meditative practice. It is a conscious practice of working with energies, with the etheric body, with the energetic body, also called the human life body, and also with the feeling of belonging to and connecting with the macrocosm, with the Body of God. It is necessary to understand that we are an inseparable part of the whole. We are only one of the infinite multitude of cells of which this great living body consists.

Right now we are working specifically with the etheric body. It is necessary to feel the boundaries of the etheric body. This is the contour of the physical body that can be felt directly on the surface of the skin or at some distance from it — from a few millimeters to several meters. The denser and more whole a person's energetic body is, the more stable their overall state becomes and the easier it is for the body to preserve health and order.

    9. Channels of drainage and restoration of wholeness

If you feel breaks, gaps, or strange attachments, these may be energetic channels through which energy is draining away. Some people may even feel this as if a certain channel or tube is attached to the body through which strength is leaving.

If this happens, try by an act of will to separate this channel from the body and even out the boundaries of your energetic structure in the place where this channel was attached. The meaning of this stage is to remove leaks and restore wholeness.

    10. Filling with currents

After you have felt the boundaries of the etheric body, it is important not to rush straight into expansion. First this field must be filled and densified. You may use an ascending current, a descending current, or both at once.

The ascending current may be felt as the movement of force from below upward — approximately the same way we felt the current from the center of the Earth in the breathing practice. The descending current may be felt as a current from above — from infinity, from light, from spiritual space. These currents enter the body and do not leave; they spread throughout the entire volume of your sphere, densify it, and fill it with life force.

If it is easier for you, you do not have to separate the currents and can simply breathe with every cell of the skin. That is not the main point. What is essential is something else: that at each stage there is stabilization of attention on the outer boundaries of the sphere and an inner sensation of the density of energy and the density of attention within the whole of this sphere.

    11. Expansion — only after stabilization and filling

Only after stabilization and reliable density have been achieved do we move to the third phase — expansion, connection, and merging with energetic space, with spiritual space, with the Body of God.

We begin with a small volume. If it is the space between the eyes, let this small sphere fill first. If it is the head, let the space of the head fill and densify first. If it is the whole body, let your entire inner and outer contour first become whole and filled.

When the zone becomes filled and itself wants to expand, allow it to do so. Here the person does not push the space by force. They only direct with their attention where this sphere will continue to open.

    12. Sequential expansion

Now begin to expand the sphere step by step. If you are in a room, first fill the volume of the room. Then the volume of the building. Then the volume of the place where you are: a park, a property, a block, a city. Then the volume of the state. Then the volume of the country. Then the volume of the continent. Then the volume of the Earth.

At each stage the principle is the same: feel the volume, stabilize attention on the outer boundaries, fill this volume with one current or two currents, densify it, hold it, let it become stable — and only then allow it to expand further.

It is very important that the density of attention not become blurred. If the sensation of control weakens, it means you need to stop at the volume you can still truly hold and remain in it longer.

    13. Merging with the volume of the Earth

At the level of the Earth, it is very important not simply to imagine the globe, but to truly feel the volume of the Earth and merge with it into one whole. Your energetic structure can be of such vast volume. With the help of the ascending and descending current, you fill and densify this structure.

With sufficient density of perception, you can begin to feel the relief more subtly: where the forests, oceans, mountains, and bodies of water are located. This is already a subtler level of perception. But there is no need to force it. It appears naturally when the structure is truly densified.

    14. The final state

It is very important to densify the state so that in the sensations of the body it seems as if you are an air-filled sphere and could rise lightly upward at any moment. A sensation of lightness should appear, of inner expansion from within outward, of positive affections, inner freedom, and flight.

Some people need time to come to such sensations. That is normal. When a person reaches and stabilizes this state, they become ready for more advanced practices.

Expanded explanation: why this practice is especially universal

I believe this practice can replace almost all existing meditative practices not because other practices are bad, but because their core is already contained within it. It includes the gathering of attention, calming, work with bodily sensation, purification of inner space, restoration of wholeness, work with boundaries, work with the etheric body, filling with energy, expansion of perception, connection with greater space, and the retention of the expanded state.

Many practices bring a person to only one element: for example, to relaxation, to observation, to a prayerful feeling, to going beyond thoughts, or to a temporary sensation of light. Here the task is to unite these elements into one living system. First the person gathers themselves. Then aligns themselves. Then clears the inner space. Then feels boundaries. Then restores the etheric, energetic, also called the life body. Then fills it with current. Then expands. Then learns to live in this state.

This is not a practice for briefly escaping life. This is a practice for entering a more correct way of living. The goal of this practice is not to touch the expanded state from time to time, but to make the expanded state your new natural norm.

In essence, this can be called a prayerful state, a spiritual meditative state, and a directed connection with God. But the difference here is that we do not want only to connect briefly and then fall back again into ordinary dense life. Here we train the retention of the state until it becomes a natural background.

How the practice affects different levels of the person

    The physical body

The practice reduces excess inner tension, helps the body come out of a constant mode of contraction, improves sensitivity to one's own condition, helps a person perceive the body's signals more gently, and supports recovery after stress. When breathing preparation is done before the practice, the body enters the reference state more easily and returns more quickly to a more even physiological axis.

The etheric, energetic, also called the life body

The practice helps a person feel, restore, and densify their energetic structure, remove channels of energy drainage, fill the inner battery with life force, and maintain a higher level of charge. This is especially important for people who have lived for a long time in tension, scatteredness, or leakage of attention.

    The psychic level

The practice reduces inner fuss, weakens the power of habitual anxiety, helps a person not fall so quickly into emotional swings, and creates a sense of support, protection, and inner space.

    The mental level

The practice makes perception clearer, reduces the noise of thinking, helps attention cling less to random stimuli, and teaches it to hold one volume without constantly collapsing into chaotic switching. For many people, this becomes the foundation of more collected thinking and more mature decision-making.

    The spiritual level

The practice returns to a person the feeling of belonging to a greater space of life. It helps a person stop feeling like an isolated separate point and instead experience connection with God, with the field of life, with the universe, with the Body of God. Because of this, not only peace appears, but also meaning, gratitude, and a deeper inner direction.

    A person's central axis

The practice corrects and balances the central axis. First the person gathers scattered attention, then aligns the inner space, then restores the wholeness of the boundaries, densifies their life field, and only after that expands. This works especially strongly when a person enters the reference state: in such a state the body, attention, and energetic structure all begin to remember their proper order more easily. Gradually, a person comes closer to their own axis — not only in practice, but in life.

    Conclusion

At first this practice feels unusual. Then deep. Then natural. And with time it can become not a separate exercise, but a way of living, perceiving, and being present.

Do it calmly. Do it regularly. Do it carefully. Do not rush expansion. First feel. Then stabilize. Then fill. Then densify. And only after that allow the next volume to open.

This is how the expanded state stops being a random experience and becomes a constant inner reality.
