HAEL is a nonprofit spiritual and educational initiative providing resources for learning, reflection, and practical first steps. It is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support.

HAEL includes AI-powered text and voice features that provide general guidance and orientation. These features use artificial intelligence and are not operated by licensed professionals. AI responses do not constitute medical advice, psychological counseling, diagnosis, or treatment. You should not rely on AI responses as a substitute for professional judgment. Use of AI features is at your own discretion and risk.

Use of HAEL does not create a professional-client, therapist-patient, or doctor-patient relationship. HAEL staff, volunteers, and AI systems are not acting as licensed healthcare providers.

Content is owned by its respective rights holders or used with permission. Access to the platform does not transfer copyright or grant permission to republish material unless expressly stated. Reproduction or redistribution requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

You acknowledge that HAEL provides orientation and guidance, not treatment. You are responsible for seeking professional help when needed. In emergencies, contact your local emergency services immediately.

HAEL, its operators, contributors, and AI systems are not liable for any decisions made based on information provided through the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Donations are voluntary, one-time contributions to support the nonprofit mission. They do not constitute a purchase of goods or services and do not entitle the donor to any specific outcomes or access.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

The free library and educational resources do not require an account or donation to explore. Optional account features may be available. Admission to separately priced events is governed by the relevant event terms and is not automatically a charitable donation.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or the event's published cancellation policy.

Account registration, author accounts, and interactive account-based features are intended for individuals aged 16 or older. Individuals under 16 must not create an account. Registration asks users to confirm they are at least 16 years old, and onboarding requires an age affirmation; this is a user confirmation, not independent age verification. If we discover that an account was created in violation of this requirement, we may restrict the account and take appropriate steps to delete associated personal information, subject to applicable legal obligations. Free educational resources do not require registration.

Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
